Star Robotics Bets on the U.S. Market

Las Vegas, January 8, 2025. Star Robotics, a pioneering company in mobile robotics for autonomous inspection and surveillance, is proud to be one of the few companies with fleets of robots in operation. With over 25 clients, including industry leaders such as Telefonica, Repsol, Aramco, ExxonMobil, Securitas, Guident, among others, Star Robotics continues to solidify its position as a trusted provider of advanced robotic solutions.

During his keynote address at CES, NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang highlighted the transformative potential of robotics, stating, “The consumer robotics revolution is coming and it will change our lives.” He underscored how advances in artificial intelligence and robotics will reshape industries and elevate operational efficiency. Star Robotics brings solutions that address real-world challenges.

At CES 2025, Star Robotics will showcase its flagship product, Watchbot, at LVCC, North Hall, Booth 8255, offering attendees a firsthand look at its innovative capabilities.

Thanks to its onboard AI, it can detect and send alerts for intrusions, anomalies, or events, as well as identify leaks, object conditions, or zone states. These capabilities, integrated with the AUROS fleet management software, make Watchbot a versatile solution for every industry, including Combined Cycle Plants, Biogas Plants, Nuclear Facilities, Landfills, Electrical Substations, the Chemical Industry, Museums and Art Galleries, Shopping Centers, Airports, Offices, and Water Treatment Plants.

Watchbot is designed to tackle demanding environments. It can traverse unstable surfaces, climb slopes of up to 8°, cross gaps of up to 12 inches, and operate in extreme temperatures ranging from −13 °F to 122 °F. Additionally, its off-road wheels make it adaptable to diverse terrains. Equipped with advanced autonomous navigation and eight onboard cameras, including a thermal and a night-vision camera that provide 360° vision, Watchbot delivers advanced performance in real time.

“Our mission has always been to develop robotic solutions that solve real-world problems in a scalable and sustainable way,” said Angel Alejandre, CEO of Star Robotics. “With our entry into the U.S. market and our presence at CES, we are not only showcasing our capabilities, but also demonstrating how autonomous robotics can transform industries and contribute to a more efficient and innovative future.”

Star Robotics’ participation at CES 2025 marks a significant step in its global expansion, as the company continues to lead the charge in autonomous robotics innovation.
